Cancellation/No Show Policy

We are an established beauty salon who have a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. No shows/cancellations with less than 48 hours can impact the business and other clients who are waiting for an appointment. Following fees apply:

48 hours notice result in charge of 50% of the full treatment price. 24 hours notice and no shows result in a charge of 100% of the full treatment price. Should you be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will cancel your appointment and apply the no show cancellation policy. 

Deposit Policy

Services require a £5 non-refundable deposit, this will be redeemed at the end of your appointment, off the full service amount. 

Parking policy

There is parking bays that you will be allowed to park in or a near by car park at the lakes, if parked outside of these you will risk receiving a parking ticket, which we will not be liable for. There is also bus lane gates at either end of the estate, which are monitored  by cameras that will fine you, we will not be liable for this.

Unfortunately due to the space I am not able to allow any guests during your appointment, please come alone.
